What is total financial freedom? When you have enough passive income to never need to work again.
What do you think would constitute total financial freedom? If you said "having plenty of money," then you are not seeing the big picture. Obviously having an abundance of money is an necessary ingredient for financial freedom, but to be really free you need more than just money. The real definition of complete financial freedom is being able to live the lifestyle you desire without having to work.
See, there are two parts to financial freedom. There is the money, but it also needs to include being free from the obligation to work. Only when you are free from work, free from money worries, and free from limitations are you really free.
Many people simply do not think that it is possible to live life without having to work all the time. That is why most people spend their entire lives working hard, and most of them never really get ahead. And sure, some people get rich after a lifetime of working, but did they live a free life? No, when you are having to work all the time, no matter how much money you have, you are not free. And the good news is that it is possible to attain total financial freedom.
Aren't there people in the world who make a ton of money without working, or maybe just working a little bit? Sure. In fact, most of the wealthiest people also have the most free time. So what is it that they know that you do not? It really all comes down to one thing: Passive Income! Passive income is money that earns itself, without you having to work. For example, I run multiple websites, including this one, and they all earn passive income. Sure it took time for me to build them, but now they are doing all the work.
There are many other ways to create passive income. You can get into online MLM, you can start a blog, you can purchase vending machines, you can open a laundry mat or a car wash, you can purchase rental real estate, and the list continues.
The real key to attaining complete financial freedom is developing enough passive income to pay for your desired lifestyle. Decide how much it will take to live the life that you want to live (no sacrifices!), and then begin building your passive income so that one day you can be free.
