Essential qualities of an entrepreneur who succeeds and earn millions or even billions of dollars.



Have you ever noticed how two individuals can pursue the same goals and one of them succeeds and the other fails? This can be seen easily in the entrepreneurial field.

Two people can both start out with the same business venture, the same resources, and all of the same advantages, and while one of them succeed and earns millions of dollars, the other never gets their business rolling and never generates any profits at all.

With many business ventures this can be painstakingly clear, as with network marketing and MLM for example. These are some of the most profitable small businesses that an individual can pursue, and yet the success rate is less than 5%.

So what is it then that separates the highly successful entrepreneurs with those who do not succeed at all? Well, most people attribute success and failure to a number of outer circumstances like timing, education, industry, and experience.

And while these do contribute to the level of success that a business owner will reach, they are not nearly as important as the inner qualities of an entrepreneur.

Success starts from the inside and works its way out. The way you think, they way you feel about yourself and your chances of success, and you attitude in general all contribute to your success.... or failure.

For most people their inner game is the only thing holding them back, and adjusting their thoughts, attitudes, and expectations can have a tremendous impact on their ability to reach their goals.

  • Self Motivated
    Individuals who are self motivated have a greater chance at entrepreneurial success. Nobody said that becoming a successful entrepreneur was easy. There is a lot of work involved in business, and only those who have a strong sense of self motivation are dedicated enough to excel. The more motivation you can muster, the more personal power you will have.

  • Clarity of Goals
    One thing about successful people, including entrepreneurs and the independently wealthy, is that they are always working toward a clearly set goal. It is the people who do not know where they are going who end up going nowhere. Set goals and work toward their achievement. And clarity is power, and the more clearly your goals are set, the more powerful they become.

  • Optimistic
    You must be optimistic going into any venture. People with a pessimistic attitude will always look for problems, therefore creating unneeded obstacles and challenges. Positive people, on the other hand, are always looking for opportunities for growth.

  • Focused
    Highly successful entrepreneurs are very focused when they have a project in front of them. If you are trying to be involved in too many things at once, none of them may get the attention that they need to thrive. The more attention you give to a project, the more it will flourish. So try and limit yourself to a few projects at a time.

  • Courageous
    By definition, an entrepreneur is someone who accepts to risks and the rewards of a venture or enterprise. Risk vs. reward is what it is all about. Therefore courage is an essential trait, for unless you are willing to risk some time and money, you may not seize your own million dollar idea.

  • Persistent
    If you quit you will never be able to reach your goals. It has been said by many wise men that expectation rules our lives. For example, you can only succeed of you expect to succeed. Why? Because if you do not expect to succeed you will quit when challenges arise, but when you expect success nothing will stop you.

These are the essential qualities of those powerful entrepreneurs who earn millions and even billions of dollars in their own businesses. If you were not born with these traits, work on developing them. They will propel you to entrepreneurial success.
