Yes, in my experience, you do have to work hard for your money. For rich people, however, this is a temporary situation. For poor people, its permanent.

Rich people understand that you have to work hard enough until your money works hard enough to take your place. They understand that the more your money works, the less you will have to.

There are two parts to this. The first is saving part of your income. Obviously any money management plan will tell you to save a certain part of your income. 10% is pretty standard, but if you are able to save more, go right ahead. Being able to save money is a critical aspect of becoming financially free.

But saving money alone is a terrible plan. Why? Because money is a very powerful tool that can be used to earn more money. Rich people realize this, which is in fact of one the major reasons why they ARE rich. The money that you are saving should never be spent unless it is used for something that will generate passive income.

Investing money in financial instruments like stocks, bonds, and mutual funds is one way to go. You can also invest in rental real estate, another great passive income generator. And there are a ton of other ways that you can use your save money to earn you more passive income like starting an automated business like a laundry mat, a car wash, or purchasing coin operated vending machines.

I hope that this little bit of advice has given you better insight into how to properly manage your financial freedom. Managing you money and investing it so that it makes you more money is something that you must do if your ever want to get rich or financially free. And remember that you do not need to wait until you have more to manage. Start with what you have and soon you will have plenty more.
