How to Make Passive Income. A Step by Step Guide

Do you want to learn how to make passive income? Here are several simple plans for building endless passive cash flow.



The topic of how to make passive income is without question one of my favorite topics to discuss. It is fun and exciting to create cash flow that works without you, and the rewards include wealth building and financial freedom. After seeing how life changing it is to create this powerful form of income, I developed a passion for help other people spot and utilize passive streams of income.

I currently have about seven sources of passive income, and I only got started about a18 months ago. I say this not to brag, but merely to illustrate just how simple it really is, when you understand how it all works. Once you begin focusing your attention on the task of earning money without working, you will be delighted at how many different ways there are to do it.

Lets look at some of my favorite methods for creating ongoing cash flow without having to work!

How to Make Passive Income...


Become a Network Marketer
While network marketing and mlm can be very laborious in the beginning, the amount of money that you can earn is essentially unlimited. A program that offers residuals can be used to build a large, passive income that will continue working for you even when you stop. This is a great way to start your own passive income business if you do not have a lot of money to invest. There are many network marketing opportunities that can be started free.

Create a Website or Blog
By far one of my personal favorite income streams is to create a website or blog. This can be a great way to earn money around the clock without the need to work, and even the work you can do if you want to is fun and enjoyable. A little maintenance may be required, and it may take some serious time in the beginning, getting your site up and running and with enough content to generate a solid flow of traffic, but the earning potential is huge and will surely last for many, many years.

Purchase Coin Operated Machines
If you have some money to invest, this can be a great way to easily set up several passive sources of cash. I have owned coffee vending machines with much success, and still have several that earn me several hundred dollars a month with only about 10 minutes worth of work. If you shop around you can find great deals on vending machines of all kinds. Then you simply get them placed at a high traffic place (car wash, laundry mat, mechanics shop, etc.) and they will instantly go to work for you.

Publish a Book
Have you ever thought about writing a book? If so, why not go ahead and do it? Earning royalties on a book can provide passive income for a lifetime. Even a book that does not do very well can still generate years worth of passive income. I know there are many people with a passion for writing who continually put off writing a book that they have stored in their brains. Getting that information out and putting it into a marketable book can be life changing.
