Developing Passive Income Does Not Need to Be Hard!

I wholeheartedly consider my knowledge of creating passive sources of income to be the most valuable skill I have in my financial toolbox. And the reason is simple...

Developing passive income can take you anywhere you want to go financially. You can get rich and never need to work again all by learning this one simple skill.

I know that not everyone will agree with me when I say that it is simple to create passive sources of income, but that is just because most people have never been introduced to this incredibly powerful tool. But when you do realize the grave importance of it, and you begin learning and practicing how its done, you will realize that building passive income streams is not any harder than working at your dead-end-job that will NEVER lead to financial freedom.

And unlike working at your job where you are trading your TIME FOR MONEY, when you are developing passive income streams you are investing your time, investing it in something that will pay you not just once but many, many times. It is work that can and will eventually lead to you never needing to work again, and that my friend is what financial freedom is all about.

So what are some simple ways that you can create passive cash flow? There are two basic types of passive income, and I will let one of the greatest financial minds, author of “Secrets of the Millionaire Mind” T. Harv Eker, tell you about them....

I have identified two primary sources of passive income. The first is money working for you. This includes investment earnings from financial instruments such as stocks, bonds, t-bills, money markets, mutual funds, as well as owning mortgages or other assets that appreciate in value and can be liquidated for cash.

The second major source of passive income is business working for you. This entails generating ongoing income from businesses where you do not need to be personally involved for that business to operate and yield an income.

While both types of passive income are great, having an automated business income is my favorite. For starters, it does NOT require a lot of capital, and there are actually many passive businesses that you can start for free. All that is required is the right vehicle and some committed effort.

Remember that while a single source of income is great, multiple sources is even better. Diversify your plans and utilize a number of automated business ventures to create a large and very reliable cash flow.

Do not be intimidated by any of these. While they may seem difficult or unattainable to you, it is simply because they are new to you. But I assure you that with a little dedication and patience, you too can become a master at creating successful passive sources of income.
