Definition of Passive Income

The true definition of passive income, and what it can mean for your financial future.

The quest for financial freedom is one that most people are on. Everyone wants to have an abundance of money to spend, and without the obligation to spend all of their time working.

And it is possible, this I know from personal experience. You really can earn fabulous sums of money without working very much at all. And the answer is passive income.

Passive income is key to financial success.

pas·sive
-not involving, deriving from, or requiring effort or active participation

Don't you want an income that doesn't require effort?

Basically, any income that you earn that does not take any time or effort on your part is passive income. Some examples of passive income streams include...
  • Coin Operated Vending Machines

  • Storage Units

  • Rental Properties

  • Financial Investments

  • Website Businesses

  • The Google AdSense Program

  • And the list goes on...

There are no limits to the number of passive income streams available, and there is no limit to the number of income streams that you can develop and have working for you.

Developing passive income streams is something that I think everyone can benefit from. Anyone who wants to enjoy a large income, self employment, more free time, an early retirement, and real financial freedom, can and should be working to develop passive income sources.

It can and will take some time, effort, and possibly some money to get your passive income streams working. But the great part is that this work is temporary, and once you have developed the size income that will support your desired lifestyle, you can relax, let your passive income generate on its own, and enjoy living life to the fullest.

I began developing passive income when I was 23, and less than a year later I was able to basically retire. My primary income sources are my two websites, including this one. Each one gets daily traffic and earns money from several sources.

I work on my websites daily, not because I need to, but because I enjoy it. Not only is it a fun hobby, but it is extremely satisfying to see my income grow month after month.

For both of my websites I use Site Build It! Site Build It! is by far the best passive income generator available. It lets anyone create a niche website that earns money 24 hours a day.

This is my favorite passive income source, but there are many more. You can use any income model you want. The real key is to know the definition of passive income, to understand how important it is for your financial success, and then to work at developing your own passive income sources.

This is a perfect way to build wealth and lasting financial freedom.
