Define residual income. Residual income is real automated income that can help you achieve financial freedom?



Being that I am only 24 and make tons of money without hardly working, I am always getting asked how I make so much money in so little time?

I always have a few answers, but the the most important one is residual income. What is residual income? Well I define residual income as one of the most powerful tools for building wealth and financial freedom.

Residual Synonyms:
1. continuing, lasting, enduring, lingering.
Don't you want a residual income?


Whenever you do something once, and then you get paid repeatedly for it, you have developed residual income. That is money that you will earn month after month without having to do any work. It is passive income, and it is a major ingredient for financial freedom.

To understand residual income, and to explain it to others, I like to think of an author. An author can spend time to write a book, but once its published, it earns money for the author for years to come. But the good news is that residual income is not reserved for authors, but rather anyone can utilize it.

One of the most popular forms of residual income is network marketing. Network marketing, or multi-level-marketing, is a terrific business venture that any internet entrepreneur can use to develop large amounts of residual income.

Everyone knows that network marketing requires some serious effort in the beginning, but everyone also knows that it is possible to develop a large, leveraged, highly automated income. And those who stick it out long enough to develop their residual income can then work less while still earning massive amounts of money.

There are other ways that you can develop residual income from home using the internet. You can build a website or a blog and monetize it with affiliate products and the Google AdSense ads.

You can also write and publish an ebook and then set up a sales page for it. Then you can use affiliates to promote your ebook, therefore earning you money around the clock.

And you can always join a free network marketing affiliate program. This is one of the most powerful ways to leverage your earning power and earn residuals from hundreds or even thousands of others.

Indeed there are many paths that you can take. The real key to financial success is knowing how to define residual income and then taking time to develop one for yourself.

I did this at 23 and within a year I said goodbye to my day job and have been a full time internet entrepreneur ever since. I make more money month after month, and I only work when I want to.

You too can begin developing your residual income streams and enjoy a lifetime of financial freedom. It is worth any effort involved in getting started, this I promise. Having a residual income is something that can let you live life to the fullest, always having plenty of time and money.
