The craving for financial freedom is normal, knowing how to become financially free is not.
There are only really two groups of people. There are those who are financially free (which is only about 20%), and then there are those who have the craving for financial freedom, but who just can't seem to ever get ahead financially, let alone completely free. What is the real difference between these two groups of people? The only real difference is that those who are financially free know how to be, and those who are do not know how to become free. So all that means for anyone who wants financial freedom is that they must begin to learn what makes people successful with money, and how they can do the same.
See, the problem is that most people learn about money from people who do not really know the keys to financial success. Who did you learn about money from? Your parents? Are they rich? If not, you may want to seek out a new source of information, right? Well sure, but most people do not do this. Most people learn about finances from financially unsuccessful people, and therefore they follow the same path. But there are people who have a craving for financial freedom that cannot be ignored, and they seek out keys to financial success.
This is the path that I followed. In my early 20's I wanted to set my self up so that I could retire early, get rich, and live the financially free life that I truly desired. I began learning everything I could about what caused financial freedom, and I began applying what I was learning. Now I am 25, financially free, and enjoying levels of success that I could not have imagined a couple years ago. And all I did was start doing what rich and successful people were doing.
And what exactly do rich people do that enable them to be financially free? For starters, most self made millionaires work for themselves. Being in your own business, either part time or full time, a traditional business or a home based or internet based business, is a great advantage for satisfying your craving for financial freedom. You can then leverage your income so that you earn more money that you can as a wage earning employee, and you can automate your business so that it provides ongoing passive income for you, allowing you to live abundantly while never having to work.
