But what most people do not understand is that what seems like good luck is actually just an entrepreneur who is doing the right things at the right time. High achievers have particular traits and qualities that are seen across the board, from self made millionaires to industry leading entrepreneurs and business owners. And anyone who can duplicate these same traits can achieve any goal they may have.

Entrepreneurs often work hard during the beginning phases of creating their businesses, often times without making any profits at all. What keeps them motivated and inspired, even when it might be easier to give up? Passion. Super successful entrepreneurs have passion for what they do, and therefore they have no problem giving themselves fully to it.

Courage
Are you going to have the courage to take charge when the right idea of opportunity comes along? You may say yes, but the fact is that most people do not take charge when real opportunities present themselves. A lack of confidence, of courage, and of preparation usually causes most people to watch opportunities pass them by.

Cooperation
You may need to enlist the help of others to achieve your greatest visions and your biggest goals. Being able to communicate with, work well with, and motivate others is another trait of high achievers. Express your ideas clearly, speak much about the positives, and encourage people to give their all. Being enthusiastic will naturally make others want to work with you and to be part of your vision.

Commitment
Once you start toward your business goals, are you going to be completely unstoppable? Are you going to find ways around, over, or under all obstacles? Are you going to face challenges bravely? A Positive Attitude
Having a positive attitude is always more supportive of success than a negative attitude. If you can train yourself to think positively most of the time, you will have more courage, more passion, more commitment, clearer goals, and the journey will be much more smooth.
