  This is the same idea as above, but it can be much more profitable. A car wash or laundry mat in a good location can be a money making machine that does not require hardly any work from the owner. High investment but very high returns.

  Have you ever thought about writing a book? If so, why not go ahead and do it? Earning royalties on a book can provide passive income for a lifetime.

  Rental real estate is a terrific way of acquiring passive income. The ideal homes to rent are 3 bed, 2 bath, and as long as you play you cars right you could be in for a fortune. You will want to study up on the real estate market before diving in.

  Are you already in business for yourself? Most business owners are required to be active in their businesses, and many of them spend a ton of time working. But with some creativity and planning, any business can be used to generate passive cash flow.
