Things were different then. People knew a little more about there neighbors. In fact people knew most of the people on there block. There sphere of influence was a lot different. These days, every one emails, text's or uses there cell phone to call a much smaller spear of influence. All that to say that to say that the world of network marketing is not the same as it was then! So really that begs the question, if its not the same why are so many people still being taught to use the same methods that were taught sixty years ago? In short it is because it benefits the company. The average network marketer recruits some where between two and three people, gets frustrated and quits. In the end though people continue to use the products in there network marketing company. There are several things though that you can do to through the numbers back into your favor. They are simple mind you, but not easy. First of all you need to find a niche market. When you find a nitch market putting people in your MLM will be as easy as picking fruit in the peak of the season where no one else has picked. The problem is that you have to be willing to learn how to market here. The next thing to do to start to throw the numbers into your favor is to have a big reason why. This big reason why has really be big, and the right reason. The reason behind this is that once you get this big reason why it will really drive you. For some of people it might be the thought of their kids, for some of us it might be the thought of having kids very quickly. What the reason is, it has to be big enough to really drive you, even when the alarm goes' off at 5 am and you don't feel like getting up. The most successful people out there are very driven. The last thing you can do to really turn the numbers in your favor is read. The books you read should really stretch you. The books that I have really learned from were ones that stretched me, and challenged my reality. Before I started to read books that challenged me, I really limited my self. Now I have really looked at what I said I could not do, and asked why? Why do I say I can't do that? The last thought I will leave you with is this, if these MLM tips seam simple, they are.
