If you want to use Twitter to make money with your Internet Business, the first thing you should keep in mind that it should never be used as a sole marketing solution. Social networking sites along with other marketing strategies should be used together to get maximum results. However, there are some tips in order to have your business experience optimal results when tweeting.

Twitter is simply a resource for posting short messages, and has been designed to tell an audience what you are up to. The limit is only 140 characters so you truly can't use it to get a long message out to the masses. However this is the sincere benefit of using Twitter. This in fact may have the most profound effect on your Internet Business.

If you are looking for instant gratification with any social networking platform, than I would think again. When using, social media outlets they will perfect over time, and the full benefit may not be seen for up to six months. However, when you use it the right way, it takes minimal time out of your day but can have a profound effect as time advances.

1.) Your profile - Your profile is one of the avenues that you get to connect with like-minded individuals. Its is very important to make sure that you input information that will attract the people who would be interested in what you have to offer. 2.) Don't Be A Salesman - Your main purpose for being on Twitter maybe to make money online, however if you come over as all I want to do is make money it will have the opposite effect. When you tweet you need to remember this is social networking, and is meant to share not sell. Share information that relates to your niche. Its okay to even provide quality information that is not your own.

3.) Share Your Expertise - Hard to share your expertise when you have only a one hundred and forty characters. Think you can't give a lot of value to your Internet Business with that many characters? You don't need many characters to make a difference. Spread your links around and share your expertise. Did you post a blog today? Did you write an article, or maybe a press release? Then share your link. When you make your writing valuable and educational you will be surprised by the response of your followers. Immediately your link can become viral, and besides just your followers seeing it, many of their followers will be rewarded with your information.

4.) Celebrate your Success - What do you do with your Internet Business? Did you hold a special seminar for your Internet Business? Have you been awarded or recognized as a business mentor in your industry? Then this is the time to go ahead and brag. If you are getting ready for a seminar training then let people know what you are doing and the value they will get from it. Promise to follow up with some great information if they can't make it. Your followers will anxiously be awaiting your response.

5.) Please Do Not Tweet To Much - What are you doing? That can change from hour to hour, even minute to minute. Does that mean that you should share everything that is going on with your life? No the fact is most people do not really care what your are doing every minute of every day. When you tweet too much, the conversions actually say that you can lose followers. No one cares if you are making breakfast, lunch or dinner. If you are on Twitter to make money keep it relevant to your followers. Don't bombard them with every boring detail of your life.

6.)Trending Categories - One of the most viral avenues using this social networking platform is to write on a trending category in your blog, article, or even do a video on it. Once that is done go ahead and post the link to Twitter, and go ahead ask them what they think. This could be a fast way to get user generated content that becomes well seen all over the Internet.

7.) Warning With Tweeting Software - Software's have d double edge sword. It can be a Internet Business owners dream or their worse nightmare. You will hear varying opinions about how to use various software. Be very careful if you choose to use any software, it can actually hurt your credibility with your followers. While some software's add a large amount of followers, it wont' do you any good if these followers are not aligned with your wants and needs. What do you want out of Twitter? Do you wan massive followers, or less followers who have more valuable and possibly more income.

Twitter has immerged on the Internet, and created a buzz on how to use it. An Internet craze has developed on what the best practice is for tweeting. The fact is the best way to truly make money with social networking is to use it like you are supposed to, respect your followers and create relationships. If you look at your followers as mere dollar signs for you Internet Business then you are not only missing the real purpose of social networking, but you are also missing on the opportunity to connect with like minded people. Some of your followers may not buy your products and services, however you may find a partnership that will grow your Internet Business.
