It is often frustrating trying to recruit potential MLM business partners that come from an employees mentality. There are four key points that separates the employee's mindset from the MLM home based business mindset. Four key points: # The entrepreneur makes decision very quickly. Studies have shown that the successful business person,gathers all the necessary data that goes into making a decision with regard to starting a business---then forges ahead to start the home base business. They are not so concerned with what others think of their decision.They are not fearful that thy might fail in said business.The business person may have made a mistake,but they simply assess the failure,learn from it and move on. Contrast this train of thought with a person that is gripped with an employee's mentality, and the findings are just the opposite from the aforementioned. Most employee mentally gripped people are fearful of making mistakes. They are indecisive with regard to forging ahead and getting started with a home based business opportunity.Many are restricted by what their peers will think of their decision to start a business. # Time management is another key cog that need attention with regard to starting a home based business.An entrepreneur must be discipline.He or she must be very organize with regard to completing daily,monthly,and yearly task. This contrast wildly from an employee's mentality for time management. The employee is usually directed by his boss with regard to managing his time for completing task on a daily or monthly basis. When starting a business,one must be so driving to succeed that he is willing to organize his time religiously. # Pay periods are another issue with regard to distinguishing an employees mentality from a business owner's mentality. Quite simply,the employee knows to expect his pay period to fall on a certain date while the MLM home business person pay periods will vary,depending on commission structure that the MLM company has in place. I like the MLM pay plan better,mainly because the ceiling is unlimited with regards to my earnings,even if I have to wait longer to collect it. # Finally,being an entrepreneur forces one to look in the mirror at himself. If you fail,then it is squarely upon you to rectify the situation. Many times you can hide behind the scene in your company when failure occurs.
