However the business building methods that your mentors teach will not always be a good fit for you. That's way it's the leaders responsibility to always research and find what works for them and more importantly what will work for the teams their building. The duplicable ways of building a business is what leaders should always be on the look out for. All the training material that the entrepreneur mlm leader comes across will not be methods they see valuable to their success. However, always be looking and adding different tools, systems and strategies to your business tool box. Now you can pull out your business building tool box and introduce those tools to your team and many of them will find some tools that they feel comfortable using to build their business. Always be testing business building strategies in your business. Pick from the most effective ways to build your business and run with it. You may come up against some resistance from your mentors or company by going out on your own doing all this testing, seeking the most effective ways to build your business. Sometimes you have to journey out on your own and leave what I like to call the flock and go into the jungle and face the challenges. The great news is that the jungle doesn't last forever.
